One Day First Aid Courses in Peterborough

What happens during a one-day first aid course?

Since this is a short-stay event, it is an intensive day taking in a large amount of information in a short time. During the course, candidates will be expected to complete a theory question paper. The theory test ensures that learning has taken place during the One-Day First Aid course. The course is an ongoing assessment with no final exam, as this is proven to reduce stress and give a more accurate grading of a candidate’s performance.

We can offer this course in Peterborough at our academy. We can take a maximum of 12 candidates per first aid course. We can carry out the training on your site or at our dedicated training academy in Peterborough; it’s up to you!

Extra support the course.

When you complete the course, you will receive a first aid booklet via email; our team consistently keep the leaflet up-to-date for you for three years. After three years, you will need a refresher course to keep your qualification valid. JAUPT also accredits the course via our sister company; this is a worthwhile course for the drivers as it demonstrates how to treat casualties in an emergency and illustrates the use of first aid equipment. Professional drivers are often first on the scene in Road Traffic Collisions, so this is undoubtedly a valuable course for drivers!
